Could very well be. But in my view ATM, The President has the sole power to order a state funeral and flags lowered.
So if they uninvite him I don't think he will care.
Biden prolly will say Dick asked him to do the eulogy and that will be a mess.
I think Lizzie is waiting on the official WH statement. Which will be classy. What is the standard for VPs?

flags were lowered according to law. Thune is reviewing protocols to see if he gets a State funeral.
