I have no problem with accepting gay people for who they are my problem is shoving it down everyone's throat most importantly kid's throat and making everything gay.

Interesting. My son was born in 2006 and all of his peers seem to be rebelling against the Gen Z mass hysteria. They disagree with almost everything pushed today.

That is who they are.

Most of my classmates who were gay and I'm more talking girls here went back to men and some have even had kids so it kind of is a fad I knew like one truly gay guy and one truly gay girl in high school and there was a gay and lesbian teacher respectively. Now alphabet soup propaganda is everywhere.

That's encouraging to hear. None of our kids, all grown now, are Gen Z so I'm out of touch with that group

I just tell my grandkids that they'll rock the world as the competition is non existent.
I told my kids (Millenials) and they're making it look easy, a few personal hiccups here and there, they're uber successful for their age.

Kids are out there who don't agree with this nonsense being pushed on kids good parenting has a lot to do with it and kids thinking critically helps as well most people my age don't agree with the propaganda being shoved down our throats either.

It’s interesting. They have a transgender cheerleader that their school. They went to 6th & 7th grade with the student when he was presenting as make. 8th grade year, she presented as female and made the cheerleading squad. I know the parents and they are good, conservative people. They decided to support their now daughter after a couple years of therapy and attempted suicides.
They don’t bully her or even talk about her. She’s just another student at their school. When I asked my son where she uses the bathroom, he told me she uses the individual bathroom available for teachers in every pod.
All that to say there is definitely a more accepting attitude overall, but there are distinct differences below the surface. For instance, his peers, both male and female, strongly object to this student using the female restrooms at school. They also recognize how uncomfortable it would be for her to use the male restrooms.
They are much more balanced and nuanced in their beliefs. Live and let live. Except for cancel culture. They want that to die in a fire and never resurrected.

Very true. But it seems to be consistent across all the kids their age, as opposed to a group of kids with good parents. I think this is part of the natural pendulum swing.

There's nothing unnatural about a multi-generational household. It was the tradition in America for over a hundred years before the hyper-consumerism of the Cold War.

Thanks for that. I'm a little more hopeful for America than I was at the beginning of the day

Sure it is. Mom, dad, kids. That's a traditional nuclear family
It's not traditional, it's a contrivance that lasted 20 years. We've just been conditioned to believe it supposed to be a thing. It's better for the markets that way.

Then why would you hyperbolize and say

making everything gay.
Gay people existing is not making everything gay. There are gay couples and showing them is not 'making everything gay'.
