Sanctions on Iran without China onboard is as useful as male nipples

China is what’s keeping Iran afloat. US sanctions are symbolic if they’re using Chinese banking system and Chinese flagged boats.

Iran is not flourishing but economic warfare has limits well below collapsing them since China has a viable alternative banking system for anyone the US tries to unbank.

China has their own issues, they cannot keep Iran from failing.
Outside of propping them up some to poke the US in the eye for propaganda reasons, they cannot commit to making the Iranian regime sustainable. Their cheaper oil is not worth the financial pain from Iran.

Chinese vessels, nor any vessels leaving Iran are getting out, their peak exports were 2.7 million barrels per day, its now a little above 200K.
Bessent has targeted all the banking transactions as well as their personal assets offshore in the BVI. You think they are paying their bills in chinese yuan, ya think thats how they are paying their military in yuan?????
The number one issue for the irgc at every "negotiation" is REMOVE THE SANCTIONS. Not, stop bombing our arse and killing irgc, not stopping goods and causing severe hardship on the people, its REMOVE THE SANCTIONS. Now ya think it might sorta be because they have no cash.
