You have yet to approach any logic regarding the director and producers opinions. What is even better is that these people make their living in the movies yet you think you know more.

Just because the director and producers make their livings from making movies that doesn't automatically mean they are correct when they decide to change the race of an iconic fictional male character from white to black.
James Bond is a fictional white male character even if you and everyone don't like it.
You obviously do not have the intellectual ability to recognize that changing the race of James Bond from white to black is only being done in order to give the role of James Bond to a black actor instead of a white actor.
The blacks already have their black John Shaft. They can make another Shaft movie and give the role of John Shaft, the bad arse black PI who gets all of the beautiful women, to a black actor.

So black people cannot play a white fictional characters, but White people can play non white people in history?! Funny how the SOME whites can twist things for their interest.

That's a horse of a different color (pun intended).
The historical non-white person's race wasn't changed to white so that a white actor could play the role.
The movie directors and producers know that more people will go to a movie if a famous good looking actor or actress is playing the role of the historical character.
The white actors and actresses were famous good looking actors and actresses who used make up to try to make themselves look as close as possible to the race of the person they were portraying.
In the case of Elizabeth Taylor, she was chosen to play Cleopatra because Cleopatra was supposed to be very beautiful and they didn't want to change Taylor's face because she was already very beautiful.
As I have already said, in the case of the fictional white male character, James Bond, I would have no problem with a black actor playing James Bond if the black actor used make up to make himself look white.
I also have no problem with a good actor or actress playing the role of an historical person of a different race or even different "gender" than they are as long as they alter their appearance so that they look as close as possible to the historical person they are portraying.
That's why they are called actors and actresses.

The house of Ptolomy was from Macedonia. Left to rule that part of the world as a prize from Alexander the Great.
As to this great debate I'll just say after a sh!t load of Bond movies I think its safe to consider other races for the part. If they have not mined the official background of Flemmings Bond by now who's damn fault is that?
