Exactly!

Instead of taking it down he should have posted a picture that showed crosshairs point right between her eyes, with a caption:

This is how crosshairs should be placed!

He apologized and has a hearing on thursday. Should be fun to watch. I doubt she puts him in jail though.

I suspect the judge believes it was an oversight/mistake, which it almost certainly was.

But he should be mocked for being so dumb

i would hope the judge isn't going to come to any conclusions without a hearing. Who knows though?

Stone is alleged to have threatened witnesses, so this might be some sort of pattern to her. With that said, I suspect she gives him more rope to hang himself. He managed to frick up within 48 hrs of the gag order, better to let the decision to be really clear cut.
