1. While Trump originally ran as an anti-interventionist populist who fiercely criticized the Iraq War and promised to end "endless wars," his actual record is showing the opposite.
Two months into the Iranian action and you are claiming this is an “endless war”? I mean how many troops have placed their boots on Iranian soil?

2. He appointed Marco Rubio as our chief diplomat. He gave Lindsey Graham his " complete and total endorsement" for his Senate campaign and considers him a close advisor. Does surrounding yourself with neocons seems like something a paleocon would do?
Rubio has been anything but a Neocon since joining the Trump Administration. In fact I have been highly pleased with everything he has done to include dismantling USAID. As for Miss Lindsey….I hate that little Twink!

3. His fiercely hawkish, unconditional alignment with Israel and aggressive regime-change tactics against regional adversaries show that he has moved past isolationism.
Yeah Bibi is real happy right now with the rumors of an agreement in process. As for Regime change, has Trump taken out and then forced an USA back puppet anywhere? In fact when asked he said “that is up to the citizens of Iran”.

In the U.S.? None. Saudia Arabia is responsible for more terror attacks and death. It's funny that this doesn't seem to bother neocons as much, though.
How many US service men have been killed by Iran or their proxies over the last almost 5 decades. Think about the car bombings of embassies and barracks in Lebanon? What about all those IEDs implemented by the Quds Force and their proxies in Iraq? What about the reservists manning an outpost that got droned?
Glad to know you only care about deaths in the CONUS and not a worry about our military abroad…..

Oh well I guess that means we shouldn't deal with the biggest state sponsor of terrorism
If it was so important, why didn't Trump run on it instead of bashing Kamala for saying the same thing you did?

Why didn't FDR run on stopping Germany?

Get tired of fighting the fact that the orange man in your homosexual fantasies lied to you and is now a neocon?

Comparing Trump and FDR now? I can dig it. It's a lot easier than answering the question, anyway.

How about Hillionaire and her lead from behind Odyssey Dawn with Barack the Benevolent did he run on it?
Posted on 5/24/26 at 4:49 pm to Jbird
Now comparing to him to Clinton. Another apt comparison, to be sure. Hell, Clinton was even more conservative, honestly. At least he didn't blow up the national debt by 40%.

Scattershots to deficit!
Go AU go!
Go AU go!

You can tell when a smooth brain loses a debate: the "whatabout"isms start. It's so much easier than actually addressing the points.

Says the clown yammering about deficits.

Yeah, economics are a central component to the political debate. I understand why that's so uncomfortable for you. Just more evidence that your fantasy man is as conservative as Rachel Maddow.
Neoconservative foreign policies, particularly the post-9/11 military engagements in Iraq and Afghanistan, significantly contributed to the U.S. national debt. And guess what the war in Iran is doing.

I get why you consider facts "deflection". I would, too, if they proved I was an idiot without a fact to stand on. You do you, though.

What exactly is this thread about?
I can see why you ran to spending.
