I agree with this, but she opened Alabama back up pretty quick. I doubt China would have been too happy with governors opening their states up. They wanted to tank the entire economy. I doubt fully open states, even with mask mandates, is what they were shooting for.
She never should have shut anything down at all, and she definitely let the mask mandate go on for far too long, but that isn't the same as "she did China's bidding." A list of governors who did less than she did in our state would be a list of one.

They are certainly making a concerted effort to purchase into every industry. The gaming industry is no different. They own 40% of Epic Games and 100% of the company behind League of Legends. Those would be the holdings with the most cultural influence at the moment.

That list is definitely not fake. That is not in dispute whatsoever. Is it Chinese propaganda? Might be, but it is definitely a list put out by the Chinese government. The article even links to the Axios report that published the paper that includes those lists.
ETA: Here's the Axios article from Feb 2020 for those of you dumb enough to just totally discount the article in the OP before even reading it.
