Bumping ... they released parts 6 and 7 this week. Again, probably the best explanation on how the deep state was formed and how it operates.

The thought process has been very deliberate, and Biernutz has sourced his research very well.
If it ultimately comes that the two schools of thought are wholly incompatible, are they?
If devolution and Reconstitution are incompatible, the rollout of the Devolution theory in the last year might've been to acclimate us with the concept so that when we see it in context of being ended via Reconstitution, it totally makes sense
Compare that to if we were introduced to both concepts simultaneously, now.
When I read that we've been in a COG mode since 9/11, that completely jived. There was no learning curve in understanding what 17SOG meant. We're on the right trail on substance, but if 17SOG is right, we were wrong on the timing. I'll always take that combo over its inverse.
Again, imagine discovering in Aug 2022 about Devolution/COG AND Reconstitution, simultaneously.
It would be too much to digest at once.
In this scenario, we've had a year to kick the tires on devolution, make sure we're comfortable with the concept and can move on to the next disclosure without it blowing out minds.
Besides, if we're still guessing what the good guys' moves are, then the cabal is even more clueless.
