Yeah when you think about it why would they risk trotting Joe out in 40 degree weather to give a speech to 150 people if they were really up 7 in WI and 10 in MN?
The chances of a gaffe or a stumble or him popping off at MAGA trolls far outweigh any potential benefit if they really felt good
