A true patriot. Forced through a vote on the Penny Plan Budget. It won’t pass but it does serve to expose the cowards and traitors amongst the GOP

(202) 224-5744 Senator Shelby’s office if any Bama PTers(or other states I suppose) wanna call in to remind the Senator to vote yes for Rands plan...or you can just have fun trolling the brat answering the phone

The Republican Party's biggest fear is an actual conservative.

Shameless bump but whatever...just called Senator Shelbys office. Some girl answered that sounded like she was 16. I told her I wanted Senator Shelby to support Rands budget plan tomorrow. She said “ill pass this on to the Senator” but before she hung up I heard her say in a really sarcastic, annoyed voice “oh my god” before she hung up.

Not surprised Shelby has establishment brats working his office.

Rand dropped a dime on McCain's sorry arse too - talking about McCain back-tracking on Obama Care.

It's shameful how Republicans whined about and campaigned on getting rid of Obama Care for 7 years. And when they had all three necessary ingredients - Senate, House, POTUS - they wilted.

They are turncoats.

I am hoping Gary Palmer and Mo Brooks cut cards to see will run against Doug Jones in 2020. The looser gets to run for Shelby’s seat in 2022.

you do realize they didn't have enough votes, right, not that it would matter?

They had the votes and they had all the bargaining power needed. They are pussies. The only reason it didn't happen was because some Republicans that voted for repeal in 2015, all of a sudden decided they would not do it once Trump got elected.

Only because some republicans voted to save it.

That's true, but it doesn't apply to Rand Paul.

Rand has some good ideas but he needs compromise more. He seems to always be one of the Senators that wants to vote against a republican bill because it not good enough for him .
