Why should we respect that? He had a chance to hit a lick at spending 20 billion per year, by spending 5 billion once, and chose not to do so. If his principle is a smaller government that spends less money, he sure screwed the pooch on that one.

again it wasnt that simple because it wasnt a clean bill....lots of other spending in there.

I don’t know, but I’m pretty confident in saying Rand has never voted on a clean bill in his entire career, outside of naming a post office, or declaring it hug a transvestite day.
