It’s not being saved, it’s being wasted, civilian employees will end up with paychecks... for not working, trainings will be paid for, while not happening. It’s just stupid

I listened to his speeches last night on C-SPAN2. I can't think of a single point where I disagree.
He brought up the big point that's bothered me for a long time with the Senate. The House did its job and passed all 12 appropriations bills. The Senate hasn't taken up a single one.
