He's a shithead.
Also the correct answer, and a dumb shithead at that.
But that's how you know this race was always a lock. Because Alabama voters will always make the wrong choice. In a landslide.
We always have and always will.

I like Tuberville. Even despite him coaching for Alabama.

Alabama has a long history in bad governors. I mostly blame it on Alabama essentially being a single-party state government since maybe statehood. The party name may changed but the people who run this state really didn't. We just have a bad "elite" in this state.

Gonna miss him in the US Senate

Alabama is a great place but we simply cannot deny the history with governors in this state. I'm shooting from the cuff here and may roll this back after a closer look but I'd say its possible that the worst governor of any of our bordering states from this century would be better than any of our own.

We can't not elect the worst candidates possible.
We elected George Wallace not once, twice, or three times, but four times (and really it was four and a half, because he really made the decisions when Lurleen was governor).
He didn't leave office until 1987.
And since 1987 we've had three governors either kicked out of office or convicted of crimes for various corrupt activities.
Now we're going to have a guy who can't name the three branches of government, has committed STOCK Act violations while serving in the Senate, buying and selling stocks directly related to committees he was serving on at the time, and barely missed being prosecuted for his involvement in a fraudulent hedge fund (and before someone claims he had no knowledge of the fraud, he settled out of court with people who had been defrauded in the civil suit that arose from the venture.)
He's an obvious "Swamp Creature." But hey, he was endorsed by Trump, so none of that matters. MAGA doesn't really care about corruption. Not if it's Trump or someone he endorses engaging in it.
He'll fit right in.

Don't worry, he can still leverage insider trading in the Alabama governor's office.

Dude, you couldn't be a tick on any of these soldiers a-hole, so don't want to hear your BS about them being being careerist and sunshine soldiers. Most of the nominees had seen more combat over the past decade than they care to remember.
