Well, there is also a VA judge in addition to the three in DC. Two of the three in DC were appointed by BHO with the third being appointed to the bench by GWB. The one in VA was put on the bench by WJC.
I don't know where the poster got that four Rep judges signed the warrants.
ETA: As for your article, I have no idea why these people haven't been brought up on Contempt Charges by the FISA court. This is all just mind blowing.

This. I’ve posted about this before.
I took many an arrest order to many a fed judge. They signed off on it without even reading it, just about every single time.
They trusted that I wasn’t a political hack with an ulterior motive.

You'll have to decide if you think Wohl, who has been sanctioned by the Arizona Securities Dept for hoodwinking investors, of the Wall Street Journal.

ETA: Rudolph Contreras was the Judge on the Flynn case.
