FEC Violations, Money Laundering, Bank Fraud???

Does anyone know what the warrant was sworn out for, or is the hope that they'll find something and go from there?
Serious question.

Do yall even read the thread? I've explained this. Warrants do NOT list any crimes on them. They merely list the location to be searched and any limits on said search.

You cannot honestly admit that a $130k payment to a porn star two weeks before the election doesn't look fishy as hell.

Interesting...how fishy does deleting 30k emails that were mandated to be preserved..then destroying hard drives and refusing to turn over illegal servers look to you?
On a relative scale, where does each fall in your judgment?

It is a known fact that Stormy Daniels was paid $130k in hush money 2 weeks before the election.

And?

That should probably be investigated because it looks like a FEC violation

By the lawyer..not Trump?

I assume Mueller would be interested in anything tying this to Trump. Whether or not that exists, no one here knows.

It does have to state probable cause, no?

What are you comparing to arrive at the conclusion that they are similar in nature?

Sometimes, but not always. And they never limit it I mean you wouldn't see a a warrant that said

"Search OJ's house for bloody knife and nothing else" for example.

It looks like that to you because that’s what you want it to look like.

There is always (assuming the warrant was created by a competent attorney) catch-all language included.

A PDT appointed attorney in NY approved the raid...correct?

They both look fishy and should be investigated? Crimes are bad and people should be punished for them if proven guilty in a court of law.

Is that the bar for investigating and raiding people’s homes and businesses now?

Cause if so our FBI needs more funding

Paying for an NDA is not illegal. The crime here would be an alleged campaign donation violation.

I see what you mean, but it seems apples to oranges when you are talking about a group of documents that contain many other peoples private data. In a case like that it would seem to require more specificity.
