An FBI spy working on behalf of law enforcement is engaging in deliberations with defendants about replacing their legal counsel? And meeting routinely with the defense team?
I'm no lawyer but it certainly appears a line has been crossed here.
What's crazy is just how brazen the DOJ is. The defense was about to call "their" witness to the stand as part of a legal strategy only to find out he secretly worked for the prosecution. That's right...the guy you've been spending hours of time and money on trial prep, in doing so divulging strategy to this person..... yeah, he works for the other team.
