Less water added equals more flavor profiles. Not always but often with good bourbon. Try some Jack Daniels black label or jim Beam white label both at about 80 proof then try the step up for each (Jim Beam Single barrel and Jack Daniels single barrel) and you will see the difference.

It was signed by the master distiller Fred Noe for me otherwise it would be in the cabinet with the other knob creeks. The stuff in front of it is much higher quality juice

I used to chase really good bottles, but the demand was too great and it wasn’t worth the hassle. I still have good bottles fall in my lap, but normally I just pick up store picks lately
