the average 30-year fixed rate on a mortgage is 7.7%
In 1993 my mortgage rate was 8.0% We refinanced at 5.5% years later and paid it off, and I thought I did well. lol

Are blacks and whites too stupid to learn requisite skills?
Are black and whites incapable of physically doing the work?
Why can't these jobs be manned by American citizens?
They're not too stupid to learn the skills or do the work. They just don't.
