Why shouldn't they be all in for debt forgiveness.
Just going by on-the-street interviews over the years, most of them either as college students or graduates admitted to a favorable impression of the slogan:
"From each according to their abilities to each according to their needs."
Which is the best of all worlds for all those who early on wanted the nation eventually to be in what appears now a hopeless situation, when incredibly none of them knew the source of the quote; but when told, it still didn't ring a bell with them.

It's not a positive development that they're once again following a popular trend. They're turning on Biden because the news outlets and social media influencers are turning on Biden.
It's status quo at best.
They're still just sheep sticking with the herd, and it will remain that way. The herd only goes where the shepherd leads them.
We've failed the young people. They're incapable of abstract thinking and they want every decision made for them... hence the popularity of the "idea" of socialism.
