Is this really news though? I'm sure we are running espionage ops inside China.
For that matter, I'm sure even friends like England, Canada, France, and Australia are running ops here as well and vice versa. I thought this was pretty well accepted knowledge.

No our allies are not running ops in the US without our consent. But yes we are all running ops in China.

It is much harder for us in China than for them here.
They all look the same. We don't.
They have over 100K Chinese citizens giving birth to American Citizens in the US every year.
We are badly losing the espionage battle with the Chinese.
