My main observation is you want to be EXTREMELY CORRECT before going in like this to localities. The "federal building" thing seems fairly flimsy, as they are "arresting" more broadly than that.
You have proven over and over that your legal knowledge isn't flimsy but non-existent.
If I really sucked at basketball, I would probably hope the coach doesn't put me in. That way I can could always say the coach screwed me. You, its like watching Napoleon Dynamite play hoops every day.
You should consider getting back to the bench, act like the coach screwed you... and live the dream in your head.
