These people won't come back no matter what. Lowering taxes would not bring them back. It's lost revenue.

We have 2 more years of this before any hope of reversals.

It's going to take years to repair things enough to stop the hemorrhaging before even getting into reversal.

That is a subtle way to demonize them. Many of them simply dont want to pay US taxez just bc they are US citizens. Why should they pay taxes here and there when they live and work in another country? Some of them have been married and living elsewhere for decades.

I would leave this country in a heartbeat if I could. And it's not about taxes. A lot of things are irreparably broken.
