One that particularly got under my skin recently was her alleging that Trump threw a "temper tantrum" in a closed door WH meeting. Given Trump was without hesitation in so publicly asking his people not just whether he threw a tantrum, rather what his disposition was, and their quick answer, I believe Pelosi blatantly lied for the purpose of continuing the narrative that Trump's unstable. Then to bring his family into it, calling for an intervention. Shameless.
I agree that the intervention mention was way over the top and inappropriate.

However, after Trump left the infrastructure meeting, he went right to a press conference which surprised the White House press corps who were expecting to be reporting on the details of the infrastructure discussion. Whether it was a temper tantrum or not, Trump certainly left the meeting right after it started, and was more than just a little aggravated when he arrived at the press conference.

As far as Trump asking his people to back his story about his actions, that reminded me of Trump doing the same thing when he was speaking on the phone to the veteran's widow who was on her way to claim her husband's body at the airport. After there was some reporting about the phone call, Trump had John Kelly release a statement backing Trump's version of the phone call, which statement by Kelly turned out to be less than accurate.

Anyway, do you really think the people Trump asked to back his story up would maybe risk their jobs by crossing him?
