Just to be clear (some posters know who you are...)

This behavior is abhorrent (no matter who is the perpetrator)

Taking advantage of the weakest members of our society is an extreme abuse of power /position

This should not be a partisan issue (although some make it one)

I think most of the board agrees with this...

That said, how do some reconcile this below

Cernovich (below) has been labeled a far right white supremacist. He is a Jewish attorney who lives in Cali

Here he is attacking the "right"...
Note that this article was well in advance of the podesta emails and his recent Pedowood efforts...

Ben Sasse and #NeverTrump’s Pedophile Problem

MAY 5, 2016 BY MIKE CERNOVICH

quote:

Ben Sasse and the rest of the GOP elite claim Trump is a menace who must be stopped “on principle.” Sasse and others have criticized Trump for not disavowing racists quickly enough (even though Trump disavowed racists repeatedly).

Sasse has a bigger problem – he supported a pedophile.
Some suspect he used his position of authority to enable abuse.

Ben Sasse was in charge of supervising underage boys, who were later abused by members of Congress.

Ben Sasse was a tutor in the Congressional page program from 1996 to 1998. The Congressional page program brings underage boys to Congress to run errands for Congressmen. These young boys would run errands for Congressmen, and often sexual relationships would develop between the underage boys and members of Congress.

The Congressional page program was shut down in 2011 after numerous sex scandals occurred, including the Mark Foley sex scandal.

quote:

Pedophiles like Dennis Hastert fought earlier efforts to close down the page program:

On October 2, 2006, Representative Ray LaHood (R-IL) called for the page program to be temporarily suspended. He stated that “this is a flawed program. The fact that a member of Congress is sending e-mails to a page and that he can get away with it [shows that] obviously there are problems.” Two more Representatives, Jon Porter (R-NV) and Kay Granger (R-TX) also supported LaHood’s recommendation to suspend the page program until an outside team could evaluate its security protocol. Dennis Hastert announced on October 5, 2006 that he was launching an investigation to evaluate and make improvements to the page program.[151]

Many suspected that the page program served as nothing more than a sex trafficking ring bringing pedophiles like Dennis Hastert naive young targets year after year.

quote:

Sasse has never disavowed Hastert, despite claiming that refusing to disavow is an admission of support.

quote:

One of Sasse’s supporters, Tom Delay, recently defended Hastert in court. Writing a letter to the judge asking for leniency, Delay wrote, “Hastert doesn’t deserve what he is going through.”

Tom Delay, who again is part of Sasse’s base of support, wrote a letter to a judge saying an admitted pedophile “doesn’t deserve what he is going through.”

quote:

Ben Sasse and #NeverTrump has a pedophile problem.

All evidence and experience shows that pedophiles do not stop. Hastert has confessed to molesting multiple boys as a high school teacher. He was and is a child molester, and no doubt abuse congressional pages under Sasse’s watch.

Some may call that harsh, to which I reply: Where are the disavowals?

Sasse has refused to say a harsh word about pedophile Dennis Hastert. Meanwhile Tom Delay of #NeverTrump has said, “Dennis Hastert does not deserve what he is going through,” and Speaker Paul Ryan took hush money from Hastert for years.

If Sasse and the rest of #NeverTrump are going to demand that Trump disavow what his claimed supporters do, then it’s time to take a stand.

Disavow Hastert!

One might wonder if there’s a reason Sasse is being careful. He did work among underage boys himself. He ran the page program under Hastert’s watchful eye.

What did Sasse know and when did he know it?

I don't get your point. Pedophiles are garbage regardless of political affiliation. Who here has said it was OK for the right to touch children?

Regarding Trump...

With all the shite being thrown against the wall towards Trump, why is the issue below (which he is clearly a "part" of) not rammed down our throats (especially in the background of Pussy Grabbing)?

Hmmm?

The fact the mainstream media is relatively silent on this is pretty telling on many levels.

Where is the gotcha that finally "gets him"
This speaks volumes to me...

Again, I will await a response that clarifies this dissonance...

The one weird court case linking Trump, Clinton, and a billionaire pedophile
A woman suing in connection with Jeffrey Epstein’s underage sex ring claims she was first approached while working as a towel girl at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort.
By JOSH GERSTEIN 05/04/2017 12:03 PM EDT

quote:

NEW YORK—A woman who claims in a lawsuit that she was lured into a sex-trafficking ring run by billionaire Jeffrey Epstein contends that the depravity began at a Florida resort now known as the winter White House: Mar-a-Lago.

Virginia Giuffre’s civil suit, scheduled to go to trial here later this month, threatens to expose new details of a long-running saga tying together President Donald Trump, former President Bill Clinton, Labor Secretary Alexander Acosta, and other prominent figures, including Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz.

quote:

Giuffre, formerly Roberts, claims she was 15 and working as a towel girl at Trump’s posh Palm Beach club when she was recruited nearly two decades ago into sexual slavery by socialite Ghislaine Maxwell, then Epstein’s girlfriend.

Giuffre asserts in her complaint that Maxwell, the sole defendant in the suit and the daughter of late publishing magnate Robert Maxwell, routinely recruited underaged girls for Epstein and was doing so when she approached the $9-an-hour locker room attendant at Mar-a-Lago in 1999 about giving massages to the wealthy investment banker.

quote:

Epstein’s own lawyers once sought to capitalize on his ties to the former president, claiming during plea negotiations a decade ago that the financier “was part of the original group that conceived the Clinton Global Initiative

quote:

Many of the court filings in the Giuffre case have been almost completely blacked out in public court files. First Amendment advocates say the degree of secrecy is both uncommon and disturbing. “This is pretty unusual to see this level of redaction,” said Katie Townsend of the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press.

On Wednesday, Judge Sweet turned down Cernovich’s motion to unseal the court records. “Because of the sensitive nature of the materials designated as confidential, involving allegations of sexual abuse and trafficking of minors, and because we are mere weeks from assembling a jury for trial , the importance of leaving these materials protected…outweighs any public interest in their publication at this time,” the judge wrote.

Critics say the wholesale sealing goes far beyond what’s necessary to address that concern.

Trial date set for lawsuit against billionaire sex offender Epstein
Jane Musgrave Palm Beach Post Staff Writer

WEST PALM BEACH
A trial that promises to offer the first public airing of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein’s activities with teenage girls at his Palm Beach mansion is to be held in December, a Palm Beach County circuit judge agreed Thursday.

quote:

While attorney Jack Scarola, who represents Edwards, had put President Donald Trump on the witness list, he has said he won’t need Epstein’s fellow part-time Palm Beacher to prove his case. The legal hurdles he would face to try to force a sitting president to take the witness stand are unnecessary, he said.

“We can prove our case without Donald Trump’s testimony,” Scarola said in May.

Scarola claims Epstein sued Edwards in 2009 to punish him for representing roughly a half-dozen women against Epstein. The women claimed Epstein paid them for sexually charged massages at his mansion when some were as young as 14. Epstein eventually dropped his lawsuit against Edwards, but the state Supreme Court recently ruled Edwards could still pursue the 64-year-old politically connected money manager for malicious prosecution.

quote:

Details of Epstein’s lifestyle were expected to be divulged in a federal courtroom in May in New York City. But on the eve of trial, the defamation suit Edwards filed against Epstein’s longtime friend, British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell, was settled. The terms are confidential.

Edwards filed the suit on behalf of Virginia Giuffre, who previously came out of hiding to claim that in addition to abusing her, Epstein let his high-placed friends use her as a sex toy. The men Giuffre identified, who denied the allegations, included Great Britain’s Prince Andrew. She also said former President Bill Clinton was a regular visitor to Epstein’s estate in the Virgin Islands, where Epstein now lives. Flight logs from Epstein’s private jet show Clinton was a frequent flier.

Labor secretary nominee Alexander Acosta’s involvement in the saga could be personally or politically awkward for President Donald Trump. | AP Photo Trump’s Labor nominee oversaw ‘sweetheart plea deal’ in billionaire’s underage sex case

By JOSH GERSTEIN 02/16/17 02:22 PM EST Updated 02/16/17 03:17 PM

Acosta acknowledged to the media in 2011 that he came under extreme pressure from Epstein's high-powered defense team, which included legal heavyweights such as Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz, former Whitewater independent counsel Kenneth Starr and Florida criminal defense attorney Roy Black. Acosta said Epstein's defense mounted "a yearlong assault on the prosecution and the prosecutors."

"I use the word assault intentionally, as the defense in this case was more aggressive than any which I, or the prosecutors in my office, had previously encountered," the former U.S. attorney wrote. He said his office stuck to its opening position in the case, but he also acknowledged that the ultimate punishment in the case may have been more lenient than Epstein deserved.

Trump appears to be a potential witness for the prosecution of Epstein

Nah, Russia...

Chicken (the light bearer) has initiated us all into the mysteries...
Definitely a conspiracy...

quote:

the rooster: in Freemasonic initiations, the rooster is associated with Hermes/Mercurcy/Thoth, the guide to the Underworld and initiator of mysteries. We have again returned to the initiatory theme. Gaff is enlightening Deckard as well as the audience, as the eye, pyramid, snake, rooster are serving to tap into the archetypes in the psyche of the audience, enlightening the viewer to the mysteries of the elite. According to the British Grand Lodge, the rooster is associated with alchemy:

“Mercury appears as the rooster drawn on the wall of the Chamber of Reflection. This animal is connected to the deity Hermes, that is, Mercury. It is a feminine principle, referring to Vigilance and it also corresponds to Faith. As the rooster sings at dawn announcing the light of day, so it announces to our future initiate, the Light he may receive.”

I would assume that over the years some monies in the congressional slush fund had been appropriated toward some of those pages

Another reason as to why they don’t want the info released
