Paraguay to open Jerusalem embassy next week.

Good. It is the Israeli capital and to be in Tel Aviv simply panders to some group who would threaten lives if they weren’t listen to.

Honest question: If Hamas shoots a rocket at or suicide bombs the new US embassy - how badly do we go in and frick shite up?

Hard to say. Hamas - being a non-state actor - is a hell of a lot harder to retaliate against than a nation-state. Short of completely wrecking PLO/Hamas HQs, there's not really an effective way to reciprocate.
