In Philly, it was 82-15.

Also, this is a state where there are tons of registered Democrats in the western part of the state that are voting for Trump.

PA has more opportunities for Ds to vote for Trump. Independents are highly disadvantaged in PA as they are not allowed to vote in primaries. A lot of voters that would typically be I register as D because of such. Plus there is the large working class, old school democrats whose party left them, they just never changed registration.
