California also rejected gay marriage, only to have a progressive judge overturn that vote as well.

But remember, you are the "fascist" in a "cult".

Once upon a time in the not so distant past, "B-1" Bob Dornan was a very popular US Congressman from Orange County, CA. In 1996 he was defeated by Loretta Sanchez with high suspicions of voter fraud (illegal aliens) voting in the election. California Proposition 187 had been ruled "unconstitutional" only two years before in 1994.

Leftist judges making rulings based upon very liberal interpretations of the Constitution got the boulder rolling down the hill with that decision.

It is a story that should tell everyone they should always vote for Republican and never allow Democrats to win anything.

Which is fine and dandy until they get in office and do their typical 180

This is still better than what Democrats do. The worst Republicans are better than the best Democrats.

You fight this fight in the primaries, not by staying home and letting Democrats win.

Then Gray Davis was recalled and Arnold Schwartzeneggar was elected Republican governor. That was shortly before I moved away from SoCal the first time.

Same! Also signed the recall petition for Gray Davis.

Do not get between an illegal Mexican and their welfare that they shouldn't be entitled to. That's war and racist.

I was in San Jose. Voted for prop 187. Voted against Gay marriage. Voted to recall Davis.

My husband and I were so mad about 187.

The young people think California has always been liberal. It wasn't when i moved there in the 80s. It was lovely when I moved there. It was clean. It was safe.

Now it's not clean or safe. Glad I left that state, but worry the rest of the country is following it.

I never understood how a single judge could overturn AN ELECTION. The voters very clearly spoke, but that shitstain knew better of course.
