I haven't seen this on the board today, apologies if I've missed it, but Trump is signalling Russ Vought is going to be delivering the October surprise this year. He has said that Vought will go down in history as one of the most important people in the history of our country over what he is working on.

quote:

"Russ Vought is going to be making a tremendous announcement soon...he'll be even more important than Chris if he pulls this off."

Here we go...Vought terrifies them ????

"He's working on something that's going to be so good for our country."

LET'S GO. October surprise?

Vought is known as the GRIM REAPER by Dems because of how aggressively he can slash spending on a moment's notice, especially fraud. The man knows how to move money to benefit the PEOPLE!

And of course, being the gracious OP that I am, I went ahead and asked SI to speculate what this announcement could possibly be pertaining to considering Vought's position with the OMB for those who are actually interested in knowing what this is about and don't intend to just continue throwing tantrums at any mention of the OMB.

Oh, so doing some more digging on this it appears this is going to be about him forcing a shite storm of a legal battle heading into the midterms over the impoundment act. This could be spicy.

He's wanting to stop payments in the hundreds of millions of dollars in three areas heading into midterms.

1. Immigration and non-citizen support services
2. DEI, "Race-Conscious", and "Equity" funding
3. Justice, Education, and Foreign Debt Support

All of which the administration terms as weaponized political spending initiatives designed to bypass the ballot box. So he is planning to take away all their funding for rigging elections through the federal government while simultaneously picking a legal fight that will seek to force the SCOTUS to review the 1974 Impoundment Control Act in hopes of bringing back some control of federal spending to the POTUS.

Constitutional crisis type shite. At least, that's how it will be framed.
