Simply not real. To say it’s real is to say the laws, police, court system & everything in government is racist.
It would have to be a huge conspiracy. If that were true Rodney King would not have received justice to the tune of millions of dollars.

Social justice/ systemic racism/ critical race theory is merely a leftist conspiracy theory that is peddled each election year in a failing effort to keep black voters on the Democrat plantation as they fear monger.

Therein lies the problem. If it is really systemic (inherent), then there is no solution because inherent bias is just.
However if you take the Drew Brees strategy, just threaten to kill everyone's wife and kids and they will pretend to believe whatever you want.

Black America is convinced that equal opportunity is tantamount to equal results, while failing to comprehend that in many instances, they actually have opportunities not available to White America by pure virtue of their blackness.
"White people results" come with assuming the burden of personal responsibility, commitment to education, and embracing the nuclear family. To this point, black America has shown itself to be unwilling to adopt these concepts.
