They denied mine twice until I casually mentioned an EEOC lawsuit for religious discrimination in a meeting with senior leadership. It was approved 10 minutes later.

Yep, I was denied a religious exemption by the evil empire. I Demanded a reason on paper. I wanted an explanation in black and white. The following week “after further review” my exemption was approved. People have to fight and take no for an answer.

Advent Health, one of Florida’s biggest hospital systems with 83,000 employees, suspended all of its Covid vaccine mandates after several courts enjoined similar vaccine mandates and Governor DeSantis signed a bill banning such mandates.
This could be Ochsner too if it had decent leadership and our Louisiana politicians were not such third world disasters.
