Our legal system can handle the trials. I also suggest we place these people at Gitmo in Maximum Security prisons. It would be a great jobs plan for Illinois since they seem to be losing businesses everyday.

It no doubt could have.....I don't think there is anyway possible that it could now and get any sort of a conviction that wouldn't be a bastardized conviction. Miranda alone would seem problematic, let alone all of the other issues with the arrests and detainment of these thugs....
