O/U 24 hours until a district judge in California rules POTUS is not Commander in Chief?

Now that California has decided to sue the Trump administration how long do you baws think it will take some liberal judge to rule that the President does not have the authority to command the military to preserve and defend the Constitution of the United States? I am taking the under with a parlay on a 4:45 - 4:59 pm PST ruling from a Obama or Biden appointed judge.

Nah. Just trade California the west coast to Mexico in exchange for part of the Sonora that borders Arizona down to about Guayamas. That way we would have access to the Pacific Ocean through the Gulf of California. Cleaning the cartels and other bad elements out of that area would be tough but it is easier than trying to save the left coast of the USA.
