I’ve been doing this for 17 years both as a cop on patrol and as a supervisor. Shitbird cops get fired all the time. Just because you don’t read it in the paper or see it on Facebook doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen. You have 0 clue what you’re talking about.

This is definitely part of the problem. I have a lot of family & friends that are police and police supporters. They are the first ones to chirp/post whenever they feel a cop was unfairly punished, gets bad publicity, or is killed. But, whenever a cop is in the wrong, they are no where to be found.
