ALBANY — A prosecutor in the New York attorney general’s office sent an agency-wide email to hundreds of colleagues Friday claiming that he had been instructed by his supervisor “to find and pursue crimes committed by specific individuals and organizations affiliated with Donald Trump,” according to a copy of the email obtained by the Times Union.
The prosecutor, who was assigned to the Investor Protection Bureau, alleged in his email that his bureau chief, Shamiso Maswoswe, had directed him to target “Trump himself, Truth Social, Hewlett Packard (DOJ approved merger) … without having a credible reason for targeting this organizations and individuals.”
The email sent early Friday by Assistant Attorney General Daniel Wiesenfeld, who officials said has worked for the attorney general’s office for about two years, was quickly deleted from the office’s servers and vanished from the inboxes of more than 2,000 employees. A follow-up agency-wide email subsequently sent by Attorney General Letitia James' general counsel, Kumiki Gibson, informed employees that it was an “internal” matter and that no one in the office was “in danger,” according to three people familiar with the communication.

Removing it from email boxes is one thing, but is deleting it from the server like that legal?
I hope Trump goes after NYC hard. Get at minimum triple of his money back. Including what he's on the hook for for that crazy cat lady that said he raped her 40+ yrs ago.
All that shady shite that was done to "get'em" is classic Democrat, and they need to be recognized for it.

His opening sentence in the email said the “best part of having f__ you money is being able to tell the truth, without fear of consequences so here we go” — an apparent reference to the concept of having sufficient financial resources.

How many federal attorneys resigned or have refused to go after the deep state?

But no, I'm sure your melodramatic analysis is correct. Trump cut a deal with "the left." It's the only possible answer.
Of course, this ignores the obvious problem of the left ever making any deal with Trump. They could have made him a deal without the lawfare and attempted assassinations, but what does that matter? It's totally unbelievable but since when does TDS need allegations to actually make sense?
The left would never stop going after Trump because they know there's a legion of low iq drama queens on the right who would constantly cheer them on.
Plus, we learned all about preemptive pardons from Biden, so that throws out the need for Trump to cut a deal as well.
I'm sure you'll find a lot of braindead monkeys to agree with your brilliant deduction, though.
