K doesn't really make sense to me but I can understand the reasoning based on this.

Catholics don't attend masses for the preaching. In fact, it's rare for the homily to be longer than 5 or 10 minutes and be anything other than expounding on the scripture and Gospel readings. In 34 years of attending mass, I've only ever heard maybe 2 or 3 homilies that could be described as an "op-ed."

At the end of the day, my core beliefs and participating in the Eucharist is much more important to me than what the priest feels like saying on a particular day. I'm there for God, not the priest.

In this particular case, I would've refused to respond to anything that priest said (other than "do you believe in the equal dignity of every person"). But I'm not going to let his misguided attempts at SJW-ism stop me from the real reason I came to mass for.

I understand what you are saying. In your belief mass is the most important part of your worship.

Doesn't make sense to me but like I said, I understand the reasoning and appreciate the response.

Arbury will get justice because what hapoened to him was unjust.

Taylor should get it too because she was caught in the cross fire helped along by her boyfriend.

Floyd, in a cosmic way, got his justice delivered by Chauvin.

Brooks got what he deserved

Blake got justice....POS
