He wants to, but it will literally take an act of Congress. And we all know how "Acts of Congress" go. They are slow, if they ever happen at all. I believe they need 51% of the house (200 some odd votes) to bring contempt or impeachment.

He didn't go to the White House. He went to the Eisenhower building. It's on WH grounds, but it is not "the White House." He met with NSC people who handle intelligence for the WH. Do you know what the NSC is? He was looking at NSC intelligence documents that were compiled under Obama.
