This is crap...

"The following groups will receive heightened priority: 1) individuals from disadvantaged areas, defined as residing at an address with an Area Deprivation Index (ADI) score of 8 to 10 (range 1-10; with higher numbers meaning worse deprivation)"

Everyone should have an equal chance

(I do agree with the essential workers clause, and perhaps the people that only have a year to live. However you never know how long a person could live, some people are given 3 months and live 20 years)

So how about, first come, first served? I mean absolutely try to save everyone ... but you're gonna base it on an income/poverty level?

That's absurd. Am I missing something??
