Are you kidding me. This joker has been in DC so long that he wrote the rules that allow him and his political compatriots to get away with this undetected.

He funnels this through his kids and family members....then later on he gets large fees for speaking. Foundations set up in his name.....Presidential Libraries, etc

I have doubts Joe has paid taxes on it, he did sign a big book deal. I would not be surprised if Hunter didn't pay taxes on portions of it as well based on Bobulinski's comments of getting money from other sources. Also, to me it appears Hunter and possibly Joe should have been registered as foreign agents, which is particularly strange as Joe was VP during portions of this time frame from what I can tell.

- possible tax evasion, tax fraud, and false income tax returns
- foreign corruption especially with Ukrainian
- appear to be non-registered foreign agents

What about the years Biden was VP? What income did he report those years?

Still undeclared income if it is over a certain amount.

Money over X amount given from one person to another is subject to gift tax unless certain exceptions are met.

Millions from China blows well past those limits and a lot of the exceptions are one time only and capped at a certain amount.

Hence the options were “launder the money” or declare it as proceeds from illegal activity. The latter is a real thing and you don’t have to give details of WHAT it was from, just that it was declared and not subject to W2 or 1099.

The declaration doesn’t necessarily save you from a federal investigation and probably triggers one but it means you won’t get a high colonic from the IRS if the numbers are accurate.

Yep, if he keeps it simple, they can't mute him: "Joe, DID you pay taxes on all those millions you and Hunter received from the Chinese Communist Govt.?"

Taxes is a touchy subject for Trump.

Trump didn't hide income to my knowledge. Just followed the tax code, and paid what he owed.

Unlikely not from what I can tell, just did a spot check for 2015. I mean there is no way to hide 100s of thousands in there let alone more than that.

I'm not saying he received money for that year but if he did it wasn't declared from what I can tell.

I seriously doubt you're going to find he paid taxes on any of that.

so I really hope President Trump can keep calm and just let Joe destroy himself.

I really hope if they bring up impeachment Trump slams him with the fact that his impeachment was for what Biden did and now there is proof.
