My nephew fell down that rabbit hole in the 9th grade. I had him do an internet search for telescopic pictures of the moon landing site. Doesn't take all that much telescope power to see the tracks and footprints. They are still there since there is no wind to disturb them.

Well.. except for the retroreflectors that were placed near the landing modules that are still on the surface.

LRO is up there and has taken photos of all Apollo landing sites. We went.

I still dont really understand why we have high detail close up pictures of rocks on mars from the rover, but we never sent one to the moon to see the apollo sites. Would be the coolest shite to see.

The reflectors are in use, although they have degraded, and can still be used to bounce lasers back today.

Maybe Russia shouldn’t be worried about what we did in 1969, when they are fighting a war using military gear they used when we first landed on the moon

I said there are retroreflectors placed on the moon, pointed toward earth, that reflect lasers back for ranging experiments. And they were placed on multiple Apollo missions.

Mumbling would imply a tone of voice, I don’t see how you can attribute that to words posted on the internet. I said “pics” and none have been posted. Then said I can bounce lasers off of non “retroreflectors” and you congratulated me and went on a bitch fit about how my golf bag has anything to do with it. You seem to be getting wound up, just calm down a little bit, it’s nothing to get excited over.

Where did I say we didn’t go to the moon? I’m not arguing anything, just tired of people posting stuff like “you can see it with a telescope” and when you ask for a picture you get nothing. When they say we can bounce lasers and I point out you can bounce lasers off of almost anything, they get their panties in a wad. I’m just keeping the thread going, don’t mind me.

What if there is actually a secret space program with back engineered space craft and the US has a moon base on the dark side of the moon.
The 69 moon landing could be theater to hide the real technology.
