The drivers were already strapped in when they were talking to Trump just before the command to start engines. The Fox gal asked Trump something like if he thought it would be fun to drive one of these cars, and he said wanted to see if one of these guys would give up his ride so he could.
He was teasing of course.

Liberals blaming rain delay on Trump. Obviously they don't know how common rain delays are super common at Daytona.
