The teams aren't even out on the field yet in the Cowboys pic. Currently watching the game on tv and it's packed in there.

You call that packed? Stop looking at the fox broadcast that is intentionally not showing empty seats....Its bad for business....Homey

The game isn’t even going on in that picture

And saying fox is not showing the whole stadium

Chiefs fans travel big time and packed the stadium

Advertising and overall revenue are both trending up.

People burning jerseys and watching pirated broadcasts are easily my favorite thing about this.

Thanks to ESPN overpaying by multiples during bidding. Something that will not happen again.

Link to advertising revenue being up? There's no denying that ratings and viewership are down league wide this year.

Ha! Ha! Ha! Right....... AT&T Stadium, home of the Cowboys. Sold fricking out to 110% and you think posting a low rez fuzzy image of their stadium shows low turnout?

What a maroon!

I believe every photo that's been posted in threads like this are all of currently horrible teams or teams that have always had attendance issues. S

Actually a VERY good indicator is ticket prices on Stub Hub. You can get lower level 40 yd line seats for Texans for less than $180 These are normally $320 to $350. Check out prices on Stub Hub for yourself.

Most NFL ticket prices on secondary market are down substantially as well. Ticket prices have been trending down For NFL games for over 6 weeks. An even bigger indicator is virtually no after market ticket companies are paying even close to list for tickets. Scalpers on the streets are selling, not buying.

The market for NFL. Tickets is very soft.

It's crashing and burning and no amount of verbal gymnastics is going to change that. The product is shite and has been for years.

But guess what

If a ticket is on the resale market, that means it has already been paid for an the team and NFL already have their money.

They dont give a shite what happens to that ticket after the initial transaction.

It's also well worth noting that while NFL ratings are down, so are other broadcast television ratings.

What do you think happens when the ad rate doesn't match promised viewership?

The advertisers get rebates.

So far, ad revenue has increased. I suspect that is likely to continue.
