Hey I often listen to the Catholic Channel on XM. So that qualifies me as caring. The current Pope has no problem with tent cities as long as it’s not in his square. They kick those folks off their lawns.

The only thing that changed is the requirement that they receive ordination to the priesthood prior to assuming the papacy. This can happen immediately after they are elected if they accept.
