Don’t know about swimming. There is too little participation by black people to know for sure. But not so in track. Yes, on average black people are genetically superior at sprinting. Everyone knows this.

Black people are consistently trailing white people, by a lot, in IQ tests. Folks have tried everything to make them “fair”, but the difference remains. White people are consistently trailing Jewish people. On average, Jewish people are smarter than white non-Jewish people, and white people are smarter than black people. These are facts.
