That one never made sense to me. You own a home and decide NOT to fix it up quite yet b/c you're out of money or whatever.....some reject crackhead decides to bring his bag and plop down for 30 days. All of a sudden, you have to go through the courts to evict him? Or worse yet, he has a claim on YOUR home? wtf

Driving under the influence is a crime.
Sleeping in your car outside of the bar so you don't drive under the influence is also a crime.

But you have to fight to evict them, something you shouldn’t have to do

Constitution doesn’t guarantee rights to illegal aliens. Constitution doesn’t guarantee a right to public education.
...Illegal aliens have a constitutional right to public education.

In most states it's illegal to drive without wearing a seat belt.
But school buses aren't required to have seat belts and don't.
And public buses don't have seat belts.
But if you privately own a smaller bus and drive it on the road, you still have to wear a seat belt.
Today, the United States government, through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), does not require seat belts on school buses weighing over 10,000 pounds.
To date, only six states (California, Florida, Louisiana, New Jersey, New York, and Texas) require seat belts on school buses, and some of those states only require them on newer buses.

In Texas, one has the right to carry long arms (rifle, shotgun) in public without a permit.
However, if anyone calls the police on you, you are subject to detention, citation and/or arrest for "disturbing the peace."
