Squatters Rights

One your property is taken by the police because they think you are a criminal, the other your property is given to known criminals. (Trespassers)

That one never made sense to me. You own a home and decide NOT to fix it up quite yet b/c you're out of money or whatever.....some reject crackhead decides to bring his bag and plop down for 30 days. All of a sudden, you have to go through the courts to evict him? Or worse yet, he has a claim on YOUR home? wtf

At 18, you can join the military but you can't drink a beer

It's changing, but doctors have legal access to morphine but not marijuana

Driving under the influence is a crime.

Sleeping in your car outside of the bar so you don't drive under the influence is also a crime.

Yeah but adverse possession is like 10 years and they must be open and notorious about their presence on the property.

Constitution doesn’t guarantee rights to illegal aliens. Constitution doesn’t guarantee a right to public education.

...Illegal aliens have a constitutional right to public education.

In most states it's illegal to drive without wearing a seat belt.

But school buses aren't required to have seat belts and don't.

And public buses don't have seat belts.

But if you privately own a smaller bus and drive it on the road, you still have to wear a seat belt.

Today, the United States government, through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), does not require seat belts on school buses weighing over 10,000 pounds.

To date, only six states (California, Florida, Louisiana, New Jersey, New York, and Texas) require seat belts on school buses, and some of those states only require them on newer buses.

In Texas, one has the right to carry long arms (rifle, shotgun) in public without a permit.

However, if anyone calls the police on you, you are subject to detention, citation and/or arrest for "disturbing the peace."
