Why not pay $600-$700 a month and get Christian health share? After $1k yearly deductible, they pay 100%

Because their network sucks?

On another note, I do not understand why Rs aren’t doing something about insurance costs. This is such an 80/20 issue, but it’s also a very contentious issue

Everyone who gets their insurance from their employer has seen steady increases in premiums, deductibles, and max OOP expenses.

No it’s just for me. I understand it’s probably a waste but I don’t like to wait for service. He is my network and if I need referral he does it no questions. I don’t smoke or really drink and I’m good health at almost 62 and workout daily. I have the financial means to handle the cost but not sure how others do. We are paying for illegals no question about it and it needs to be addressed.

80% to $1350 per month for 2026. Thats with a 24k oop..this is the marketplace bronze optima plan.

It is insane to pay 16k for that annually.
