Well, the slogan was first used in Romney’s campaign in 2012. Then, the Democrats actually started using it, until Republicans caught on earlier this year. However, it didn’t go viral until a couple of big groups tweeted on October 11th. No doubt that pecan and the OT helped spread this, but was not started by him....but still a great job by pecan and the OT
