Bannon has done a lot of damage to Trump's presidency. Starting with travel ban that got Trump off to a horrible start when he should have been pushing an infrastructure bill or tax cuts to get to some positive momentum rolling. Then there was the bungled Charlottesville response. Now he has him go to Moore, after Trump was smart enough to not endorse him at first and it has created another embarrassment for the president. Of course Bannon's exit was also an embarrassment.

Trump needs to move on from Bannon, the guy is a clown who may be right about some things but has absolutely no clue how to successfully accomplish them. He is going to end up costing the GOP Arizona as well by propping up Kelli Ward who will lose another winnable Senate race.

The guy has a history of approaching individuals and gauging their interest in running for office (and then placing himself in the middle of said elections). He runs a large media firm that has engulfed itself into modern politics by publishing nationalist stories that fit his populist agenda. He's helped create many political films and documentaries that push a one sided narrative. He has purposely caused so much conflict inside the White House and within the RNC in his quest for power/influence.

I mean, the guy has all the characteristics of shadow govt./deep state. He's a henchman for the Mercer family. If the Mercer family were leftist, they'd be called out like Soros.
