She doesn't want to give up her celeb lifestyle. However I think they're nefarious enough for this plan:
Biden picks Michelle as running mate because of her popularity among dems.
If elected, Biden quickly steps down due to health and Michelle becomes president. She then has to select a new vice president. (which has to be approved by a majority of congress) Once that person is in place as vice president, Michelle steps down.
