Maybe our legislature will learn a lesson when all 4 amendments crash and burn.

I think the current La. Constitution passed in 1974.
Very concise and mimicked in many ways the Federal constitution.
It has been amended to death over the last 50 years. Too many amendments that should be simple legislation.
I don’t know if you can get a group of citizens together to redo it.
