quote:
If you don’t vaccinated without a legitimate medical excuse, you are the equivalent of a bioterrorist and should be treated as such.
If we should start mandating vaccines we should just do eugenics. We could eliminate the disease with controlled breeding. It would be better for herd immunity to breed people resistant to the disease than taking medicines. Vaccines just make herd immunity decrease in the long run by allowing weak, disease susceptible people to keep breeding. It's for the greater good.
Period.

While I am all about freedom of choice when it comes to vaccines, I can personally attest to the fact that vaccines did not cause autism for my son. He wasn't vaccinated and still was diagnosed with autism at the age of 3.

First post on TD and probably going to get killed but here it goes...
Agree whole heartedly with NC.
One issue that really bothers me on the subject is the seemingly coordinated effort to overstate the dangers of not getting vaccinated while understating the actual disease risk and the outright silencing of those that have been injured. For example: We see hundreds (if not thousands) of main stream news stories every year of “measles outbreaks” (despite the fact that these A) never turn out to be pandemic, B) are infecting just as many vaccinated people as unvaccinated people, and C) there have been 0 deaths in otherwise healthy people from measles in over 15 years).
I live in Texas in which the “measles outbreak” consists of an “earth shattering” 15 people, most of which were infected by foreign travelers (or illegals). At the same time, never once have I turned on the news to see a story of a child tragically harmed by a vaccine... Not because it isn’t happening, because IT IS. Why is that?
